Requirements
Dogs must be current on Bordetella, Distemper/Parvo, and Rabies Vaccinations* 7 days prior to lodging. Influenza is not required but is highly recommended. Dogs lodging for 14 days or more qualify for a reduced daycare rate during their stay. Dogs must pass temperament testing and be up-to-date on vaccines* to participate in doggy daycare. Dogs participating in daycare must wear a quick release collar. Daycare is available for dogs of all sizes and activity levels. Please call us regarding eligibility if your dog is not spayed or neutered.
HOLIDAY LODGING If your pet is going to lodge with us over a holiday (New Year’s Day, Spring Break, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas), we require a full deposit at the time of reservation. This deposit is NOT refundable under any circumstances.
Check out time is by 2:00 pm. Any pet who stays after 2:00 pm will be charged for an additional day of daycare.

Daily Schedule
We are aware of each dog’s individual needs. Some are old, some are young, some are big, some are small, some are outgoing, some are shy. We will find the right playgroup for the needs of your dog. Each and every pet will be cared for and treated as if they were our own.
While we spend most of our time outdoors, the schedule is subject to change based on weather.
6am to 8am
Time to wake up! Out to potty then in to eat breakfast.
We are excited to get the day started.
8am to 10am
This is the most exciting time of the day for our furry friends. Everyone is super pumped and wants to run, bark, and chase balls. If it’s summer, it’s the perfect way to start the day with a dip in the pools.
10am to 12pm
It’s the perfect time to say hi to all the new dogs coming in for daycare and have some bubble time. There’s plenty of space for everyone outside in our very large play area(s).
12pm to 2pm
Things usually quiet down for the dogs at this time. There are more than enough areas for the pups to take a snooze if need be. Lunch is served, if you have brought it in for your pet.
2pm to 4pm
There are various different obstacles to check out for dogs of all shapes and sizes. There is so much to explore at River City Pet Resort!
5pm to 6pm
Dinner is served, then outside one last time, and then tucked in for the night.

About Us
Our beautiful, spacious pet resort has been upgraded to accommodate pets of all sizes and provide as comfortable a stay as possible. Your dog will be cared for by a friendly face he or she is already familiar with while you are away. We even have a webcam and an app so you can check in and see how your loved one is doing in your absence.
All of our suites feature glass doors and we have a variety of sizes, our largest size going up to 24 square feet but most being closer to 5 square feet. Our larger suites are used for multi-dog families and/or very large dogs. We use the weight or combined weights to determine who goes in the larger suites, ensuring our guests enjoy the space they need.
